My dear Loyal Clients,
It is with bittersweet emotion that I announce that effective January 10th, 2025, I will no longer be practicing as a veterinarian at BarkWell. BarkWell will be closing its doors, and I will make the transition to being a full-time mom.
This was a difficult choice to make, as you and your pets are such an important part of my life. I deeply appreciate the trust you have placed in me to care for your beloved pets.
I will be returning from maternity leave on Tuesday, October 15th and BarkWell will have decreased hours of operation until January 10th.
Our new hours of operation begin on Tuesday, October 15, and are listed below:
Monday: Closed except for receptionist desk from 9am-10am
Tuesday: Open 8am-5pm
Wednesday: Closed except for receptionist desk from 9am-10am
Thursday: Open 9am-6pm
Friday: Open 8am-5pm
Saturday: Closed except for receptionist desk from 9am-10am
Sunday: Closed except for boarding pickup from 4:30pm to 5pm
For pets on chronic medications: It is advised that you get refills for your pet’s medication before December 31, 2024 to ensure that we have your pet’s medication in stock.
To request records: Email BarkWell at [email protected]. and provide the name of the pet you would like records for, and the email address to which records are to be sent.
Although I will be moving on to another adventure, there are other veterinarians in the area to continue to provide care for your pets and we are happy to provide you with a summary of other regional veterinary practices. We are happy to transfer records to the clinic of your choice at your request.
With all my heart, I thank you again for the trust you have placed in me and the BarkWell staff. As always, my hope is that you can continue to keep your pets on paths to wellness.
